Return

The return has the right to return the product. Your item must be in the same condition as you received it. No worn or no used with tags and in original packaging. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days to receive your item.

If your return is accepted, We'll send you a return label with instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without an advance refund will not be accepted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for any returns.

When we receive your goods. We'll check and let you know that we've received your item.

Refund

We will notify you once your return has been received and reviewed and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 7 business days if approved. You will receive your refund within 3 business days, where we will transfer the funds to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damage and problems

Please check your order at the front desk. and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return what you have and when returning. Please make a new purchase separately.
